Other people can hear internal sound audio in call while Kraken Pro v2 mic is muted

I recently just purchased the Kraken Pro v2 headset and I love it so far; the sound, audio, mic. I just absolutely love it. My only issue is that if I am in a voice conversation and I mute my headset using the control and I, lets say I play some music or watch a YouTube video. Who ever is in the voice conversation can hear my music or the video I am playing. This doesn't happen when my mic is unmuted but is only happening when it is muted. I looked into it briefly with research and haven't found anything helpful. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
