Help-me with Keybord Visualizer 3.06 (Don´t working)

My keyboard Razer BlackWidow TE Chroma v2 don´t work a Keyboard Visualizer. I tried to reinstall Synapse 3 twice and even then when I opened it didn't appear in apps or change anything on the keyboard.The keyboard does not show any interaction with KV,while the waves are loaded in visualization preview. I loved the effect and would like to be able to enjoy the software together with my product.Thanks for the great products and waiting for the solution.
