Razer Nari Left Side Headphone Is Not Working

Hi guys. I recently purchased a new headphone "RAZER NARI". Few days ago the headphone is getting a better result then yesterday when i opened the windows and going to play games my razer nari headphone is not working anymore ONLY THE LEFT SIDE IS NO SOUND this is a wireless connection not cable. I love razer products but this time when i upgraded my headphone im so very disappointed for this problem. Someone can help me please ? Because its not a joke for me spending money because i work very hard to get any kind of things. Thank you guys
