Are you able to log in to this website using your credentials? (https://razerid.razer.com) If you are able to log in to the site but not on Synapse 3, try to temporarily disable your anti-virus or firewall programs on your computer. If you are still having trouble logging in, please shoot me a PM and let's continue from there.
