i cant turn the lights on BlackWidow 2014

Hi my Synapse 3 can not detecting my keyboard BlackWidow 2014 and on Synapse 2 i dont have the effect button all i can do is changing the brightness of logo on my keyboard all lights are off except the logo of Razer I tried to do everything like unplugging the devices, restarting, restore the application, uninstalling, uninstall and update drivers from device manager, etc... But nothing worked for me. I am on Windows 10 i need help plz help me
