My Surround Sound Doesn't Work

I recently bought the Kraken X Headset and the Surround Sound doesn't work with the computer. I have attempted everything on the support page to no avail. The Surround Sound is version 1.1.75, and my computer is up to date.

    Hey there! Thanks for posting your concern here. If you are using the Razer Kraken X, the device needs the 7.1 Surround Sound so you can utilize its features. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
