Hi guys, I need a support I've been having trouble since I changed the keyboard, mouse, and headset. Now when I connect the pc with the Firefly connected it stays on the Bios screen, without doing anything, I can not even click "F2" to enter Bios. When I turn Firefly off, the PC starts up normally, no problem, I already changed the USB port but it did not work, I'm up to date with Bios as well. Desktop: Motherboard: Asus Maximus Hero VIII Processor: i7 6700k Memoria Ram: 16GB Corsair DDR4 1 SSD (Windows 10) 1 HD 1GB 1 HD 4GB 4 Fan 120mm Watercooler H80i GT GTX 1070 OC Strix Asus Corsair CS 850M 850w Razer: Keyboard Razer Huntsman Mice Basilik Base Station Headset Razer Headset Kraken 7.1 v2 Chroma Mousepad Firefly Hard Edition

    Hi there, @LuhLogo! Have you tried connecting this one to another computer to isolate the issue? Was this working before?

    I try, and its work in another computer (notebook), but not mine.

    Thanks for getting back. Have you also tried plugging it to another USB port of your computer to isolate the issue? If you still getting the same issue, we suggest reaching out to your computer manufacturer as the issue might be on your BIOS.
