GTA V - Not Getting Hours for Squad Rewards

Hi guys, wondering if anyone can help me with this? I have GTA V through Epic Games and having trouble with it on Razer Cortex. It couldn't find the game automatically so I added it in manually but it's still not 100%. The dashboard is showing my total time played on it and the fps chart and all that, but my time played isn't showing up in my Squad Rewards though. Anything I can do to fix this, and is it because I have it on Epic?
