Kishi left thumbstick not working

I been using my Kishi for a few months now on my phone. I use it for my xbox console streaming. I tried to connect it today and found out my left analogue stick does not seem to respond. The last time I used it was yesterday. I tried restarting my phone, check for firmware updates, (currently on 2.70) and also tried compatible android games and they all have the same issue. Has anyone seen this issue? Do I need a replacement or is there any diagnostic to help fix the issue? thanks..
