No Activation Code for Kraken 2019

My order of Razer Kraken 2019 just came up. I checked the box and there is no code there for surround sound. I registered my device but didn't recieved any email or something like that. How can I get my surround sound activation code ?

I have the same problem with my Razer Kraken X Lite :( There was no code inside the box and I have also registered it successfully

    Same here with Razer Kraken Pro V2, I did receive an email saying that I've registered the device successfully, but no code.
