Blackwidow TE Chroma LED Problem

I just bought my keyboard today and my F10 key does not seem to change colours like the rest did It is stuck in white.i even turned of the lights but only the F10 keys continued to light up in white. Is there a way to fix it? Or do i need to get it change?

    On your Razer Synapse app, try logging in using a different account. If you still get the same result, temporarily uninstall the Razer Synapse app. Also, try to plug the keyboard to another computer to isolate the issue.

    If you still got the same result, you may try to have this device replaced by your reseller. If they are unable to do so, please send me a PM and let's continue from there.
