Man o'war not connecting

Hi, I recently purchased a man o' war headset which has been working great on both my pc and PS4.... until recently. I have been have connection problems to where the green light is just flashing over and over as if it is trying to pair but never seems to connect. Any ideas? Razer support wasn't helpful....

Hi there. Let me help you out with this. When did you start to notice the issue? Were there any hardware or software changes? Also, when this issue happened, were you using it with the PC or with the PS4?

    Hi this is a recent problem, nothing has changed and i still cant get the headset to connect. This is really annoying me as i have always used razer products without any issues now i get this headset and have nothing but issues
