Problem with charging the Nari Ultimate

Hi there, Let me explain what is happening. When I charge my headset I get the windows sound when a USB cable is connected. It is really strange why this is happening because I'm not plugging a USB calbe in or out of my pc. Then the other thing is this sound will only play when I'm listing to music or a youtube video. Or any other kind of sounds. The Windows USB sound will hop from USB connected and disconnected. I hope someone can help me with this weird bug. Because I already checked my USB connections and switched the USB charge cable from my headset around with an other slot. So it cannot be that also I wiggeled the cable arround to see if it was loose, but it sits firmly in the headset aswell as my laptop. With kind regard, Tha Mastha

    Hi @ThaMaSTHA! This sounds more like a physical issue. Can you put up a video detailing the problem and send me a PM with the serial number of your Nari Ultimate so we can start a ticket?
