when a got the razer the MX150 was not working so I give an update from NVIDIA. After that the Driver Power State Failure starts showing up. Just give Microsoft updates and the new EC update from Razer.

If you can boot into Windows, I would open device manager and then uninstall any devices under 'Display Adapter' other than the Intel UHD Graphics 620. Then I would download Nvidia Geforce Experience and use that to install the proper drivers for the MX150. It's strange that your MX150 wasn't working out of the box--those drivers come installed automatically. Did you download the drivers from Nvidia's website or from Geforce Experience?

I use Geforce Experience
