Razer Kraken Tournament Edition headset does not work

Hello, Just received my Razer Kraken Tournament Edition today, 11/02/2020, and it does not work. As soon as I plugged in the audio controller with the audio jacked already plugged into the audio controller, this prompted the Synapse download. Once it finished downloading, decided to test it. I have no sound at all. Tried restarting my PC, uninstalling then reinstalling Synapse, still no luck. Anyone have any solutions?

    Did you check the game / chat balance volume and the volume wheel in the green cable?
