Razer Kraken Tournament Edition Mic Issues

My Razer Kraken Tournament Edition arrived recently and I have been experiencing some issues with the mic. When talking to friends through Discord about 5 seconds into the sentence my voice will start to either get quieter or will cut in and out in around 1-2 second intervals. I have gone through Synapse messing around with the settings and have gone through the recording devices settings on windows. If anyone thinks i'm doing something wrong or if there is another solution please explain.

    Hello there! What connection mode are you using? Does the same issue happen when the Kraken TE is used with other devices? Please let me know.

    I'm using the USB controller, also it seems that this issue only happens with Discord when using gamechat or when using the sidetone in Razer Synapse I sound fine.

    Thanks for the response. Have you tried checking your Discord settings? Also, just to make sure, have you tried to use the analog connection to see if the same issue happens? Let me know.

    I tried the analog connection and nothing happened, however I went into the Discord settings and saw I accidentally had some voice processing settings on. The one that caused the problem was echo cancellation. Anyways thank you for the suggestions, my mic now works great.
