Why can't I see my devices on Synapse?
I already registered a product, but Synapse doesn't find it. Can anyone guild me? PLZ!

Like there is something wrong with me Synapse, it don't have the Audio, Profiles, Connect, Studio...on the top on the screen. I saw them on people's videos but I don't have it.
