Blackwidow V3 Pro Firmware Update/Keys Issue

My connectivity with the wireless receiver is very spotty (usually it doesn't connect at all) and, while bluetooth works, the key presses sometimes repeat. On the downloads for this keyboard it does show a firmware update in the guide but the link is dead - where can I download this firmware update to see if this resolves the issue?

      Literally the same issue. Just bought this keyboard a couple hours ago and went full wireless for aesthetics, but I didn't realize I'd be giving up full keyboard functionality in trade. Double Key presses often (mostly Numpad), some dropped connection, and the link to the Razer Hyperspeed Multi-device Dongle Updater is dead.

      @TheRabidDolphin @Rhykus Please send me the serial number so I can check for available firmware solutions. By the way, do you guys mind sharing if your WiFi network is broadcasting via 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz? *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
