Brand new mouse causing stuttering and sound glitches

Hey all I bought a brand new mouse today, a Lancehead TE, to replace my aging Deathadder Chroma. So finally all my devices are on Synapse 3. However this new mouse is causing really bad stuttering and audio glitches in my games whenever I move it or click any buttons. I think I fixed it by dropping the polling rate right down to 125. This never happened before with my Deathadder and Synapse 2. Can we get a fix for this bug? Here's my specs: i5 6600K GTX 970 Win10 32GB RAM Lancehead TE Blackwidow Chroma Nari Nope, dropping the polling rate did not fix the issue. My games still stutter but not as frequently. Gone back to my Deathadder and Synapse 2 until this is fixed, will probably return the Lancehead. So here's what happens: Deathadder Chroma, Synapse 2, poling rate 500, game runs perfectly at 60+ fps constantly, and has done for the last 3 years Lancehead TE, Synapse 3, polling rate any, constant stutters, halves my frame rate, audio glitches, my PC feels like it is broken Working mouse drivers when?

@tarkusblack Please check the CPU and Memory usage of all Razer Apps whenever this happens. Just to verify, do the frame drops and stutters go away when Synapse 3.0 is not running in the background? P.S. Please avoid spamming your own thread. You can always use *Edit if you have any sort of updates. Will let you off with a warning this time.

Happy to report that this issue appears to be resolved. Had a big update to Synapse 3 this week, that included an update for the mouse, and I have had no issues since. [edit 6 hours later] Hmm it appears the problem persists: It isn't the new mouse, it's because once all my devices were compatible with Synapse 3 I enabled Spectrum Cycling in the Chroma settings. If i leave the lighting on "Static" everything is fine, I can play for hours with no issues, but the second I enable "Spectrum Cycling" in Synapse 3 my PC goes haywire: the game stutters and I get the audio glitches and dropouts. Gonna leave everything set to "Static" from now on. I have an open ticket with Razer support for this issue.

That's tough. Can you send me your case number via PM? I'd like to check the progress of the ticket.
