Kraken Tournament Edition buzzing sound

Hi, I've been using the headphones with synapse 3 without issues during a month aprox. Today when i started my PC and tried to play a video it began to do a loud buzzing sound. I've checked the drivers and synapse 3. I've uninstalled and reinstalled drivers and synapse 3 and i'm still having the same problem. when i try them whith synapse 3 uninstalled they work, but when I reinstall synapse 3 the headphones don't work even if stop synapse 3.

Can you send me the Application Event and System Event logs from the Windows Event Viewer via PM? That would help me further isolate the issue and hopefully sort things out for you.

I just got the issue solved by doing these steps: A. Kindly do a complete clean reinstall of Synapse 3. 1. Uninstall "Razer Synapse" and "Razer Chroma SDK Core Components" from your computer under Programs and Features. 2. Delete the Razer folders in these file locations: C:\\Program Files(x86)\\ and C:\\Program Data\\. The folder is set to hidden so you might need to change the folder option to view hidden files. Note: Ensure to reboot your PC/computer after completing all the steps. B. Deleting in Windows registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SOFTWARE->THX C. Re-installing Synapse 3 using the link below. http://drivers.razersupport.com//index.php?_m=downloads&_a=viewdownload&downloaditemid=2731&nav=0,343,704&_ga=2.137572848.1171175519.1537370562-1856539834.1537370562
