Using Razer Synapse
When I try to connect my mamba wireless to razer synapse 3 it will not work, I scan with the hue and it doesn't work. I don't know where I can find the "Manual ID" for it, I updated the firmware for it and i re-downloaded the razer synapse 3. I would appreciate some help.

@barbecued_water, are you using a USB Hub to connect your devices? If not, how do they appear on the Device Manager? By the way, can you give us more about the challenges you're having with the "hue"?
Hue wouldn't recognize the mouse. I tried re-installing the synapse 3 but it "failed to launch". I tried re-installing it numerous times but it would not work so I gave up on trying to use razer synapse and the solutions online even by razer did not work.

Can you show me how everything is set up? Would like to see how things are connected so I can get a better understanding of what's happening.
