Razer Kraken Kitty Quartz getting disconnected every now and then. Have tried troubleshooting and all ports but still getting the same issue.

    The same problem except mine is black kitty ones. It has made my other Razer products disconnect as well. Only thing that helped was uninstalling Synapse, however doing that makes the mic unusable for me.
