keys 1 - plus symbol not working

this problem started today and has been persisting through all the fixes I tried [uninstalling keyboard drivers and synapse] I am using a razer ornata chroma and any help would be amazing, thanks.

    I've also tried caps and escape while plugging back in, and it doesn't seem to get any input from the keys

    Hey there! Thanks for creating this thread. Have you tried connecting the keyboard to a different USB port or computer? Check if the same behavior while logged in as a guest user or after disabling/closing the Razer Synapse 3.0.
