Can't detect device on Mac
I got a RAZER BLACKWIDOW X TOURNAMENT EDITION CHROMA with a MacBook, but the Razer Synapse can't detect my keyboard and tell me to connect a Razer device. My mouse works with the same software but the keyboard doesn't. And I am not able to use the backlight on the keyboard. Whats' weird is that the backlight and RGB works on windows system and I'm using the same software, Razer Synapse 2

As far as I can tell, the keyboard is supported on Synapse 2.0 for macOS. That said, the app only supports up to macOS version 10.14, so there is a good chance that this is a platform compatibility issue.
