I have not downloaded any viruses or anything I have updated all drivers on a monthly basis My headset says USB malfunction and it will not show up on razer synapse Help I saved for over 7 months for this

    Can you post a screenshot of the said error on your computer? Did you try also plugging in the Razer Electra V2 USB headset to another computer to isolate the issue?
