My friends bought me ornata chroma as a gift , for 1.5 years there were no problems with a keybord. But once , it shutted down and now my computer doesnt detect it properly(though other computers detect it).I didnt change anything in my PC. It detects the keyboard with an error and razer synapse doesnt detect it at all. Please help!
