Razer Nari Ultimate - Xbox - Low mic output

Hey all, Nari Ultimate via XSX, no one can hear me. Well they can, but i'm told it's at like 1/20th of the volume. I switched to the generic out of the box Xbox One headset, no issues. I've played with every setting possible on the physical headset, and on the Xbox, no change. I've found a lot of posts stating similar, and only fix was to return. I absolutely love these headphones (have a pair for my PC), and I'd hate to return. Any ideas on how to fix? Thanks
