- Ethernet cable is good, was using it right before I unplugged my old dock
- My pfSense router is accepting new DHCP clients so it's not getting blocked
- I get three new interfaces in System Preferences > Network listed below and all have a red dot meaning no connection
- Thunderbolt 1
- Thunderbolt 2
- Thunderbolt 3
- Tried manually adding the "USB 10/100/1000 LAN" option in the Virtual Bridge Interface with no luck (I'm assuming that's from the Razer Dock because I don't have any USB Ethernet devices hooked up)
- I get a green flashing light on my switch from the port the Ethernet cable from the Dock is connected to
- Using the supplied Thunderbolt 4 cable that came with the unit and it's plugged into the front port of the device (like the manual says to do)
No Ethernet on RAZER THUNDERBOLT™ 4 DOCK CHROMA (M1 Max)
Just got a RAZER THUNDERBOLT™ 4 DOCK CHROMA to use with my M1 Max MacBook Pro and I'm not getting any Ethernet through it. Things I've checked:
