My new razer raiju ps4 controllers vibrates and makes a lot of noise

Hi just received my new controller from you direct and the vibration makes the controller un usable so i have to turn it off , is this the normal noise and vibration it makes ? ive up loaded a video of it to u tube thanks https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sA7oBePHriI
