Kraken Tournament edition THX spatial makes static/popping nosies.

Like in the title, the headphones are fine, the stereo sound is great. But when I use the THX spatial surround sound, I get this constant static every 3 seconds, it's almost like a pop sound or just very rough static. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled about 5 times and repaired about twice. It is not as constant as before but is still very common and annoying. Please help asap.

    I just updated it from 88 to 90. Thanks for your help, will come back here if there are still problems!

    Ok, so I updated the firmware but it keeps cutting out from time to time, and I have to reset my laptop or turn of Spatial sound for it to work properly again.
