Razer Core X Compatibility w/ Nvidia A5000

I'm hoping somebody smarter than me can answer this. I'm looking at doing a Core X with Nvidia A5000 gpu, but I'm not entirely sure that it works. The Core's info page doesn't show info on the most recent Nvidia RTX cards. I did notice that the A500 only has a single 8 pin connector while the Core has two 6+2 connectors. Would that be an issue?
