Razer Thresher 7.1 Wireless Headset for PS4

Hi all, I am having this problem with my Razer Thresher 7.1 that I recently bought, it seems to work fairly well but at random times it will beep once and sound will completely cut out for about 2 or 3 seconds before coming back on, I am using the headset for PC and the dongle is plugged into my front USB point and I am sitting about less than a meter away, I have had a look online to see if there is a fix but I couldn't find anything so I am hoping someone here might know whats going on with it. Thanks in advance for any help.

    Hello there! Try removing Synapse from your PC and check if the same issue would persist. This way we can properly isolate if this is a software-related issue or not.
