Razer Huntsman Elite not showing up in Synapse 3

Hi there, I just got my new Razer Huntsman Elite and upon trying to configure lighting settings for it in Synapse 3, I've found that it can't find the keyboard, it just doesn't show up. I don't know if there's a fix for this at all but it'd be a shame to not be able to configure lighting and macros on my new keyboard. If it helps, I'm using the Razer Naga Epic Chroma mouse with Synapse 2 as well. Thanks, Kevinas.

    I have a Huntsman Elite also. I have had this problem also. I have not found a real fix. What happens to mine and also my mamba elite mouse and firefly is when there is an update and finishes the update process all connected devices are now recognized by synapse. The only fix for me was to uninstall and reinstall synapse. I've tried switching to other ports to see if synapse will pick it up but it doesnt. Reinstall of the synapse is the only fix I have found.

    For me, it doesnt recognise it at all. I've tried reinstalling it and all. Plus, now, my mouse doesn't connect to synapse 2 either.

    I ended up fixing the issue with all my devices. All I had to do was update windows then reinstall synapse 2 and 3.
