Razer Surround 7.1 act. code.
Hello! I bought Razer Kraken 2019 (13.06.2019)!
Registered it and got activation code but...when I tried to use it in programm I got message with mistake that this code - invaild.
After I deleted all razer programms and tried to reg my device to another gmail. I did it. But code for surroud didnt get.......next I tried to use those code (which sended to 1st gmail) and got this message - this code was used...idk...
Russian support is stupid and cant help me. They told me conntact to you...idk what to do. I have code from Razer but this code is not working...

@todayLimericksolo985, our Razer Surround Pro is placed on hold. There is an ongoing major update to the module and code generation will resume as soon as the update is completed. Razer will ensure to update everyone once our code generation for Razer Surround Pro is up. We appreciate your patience.
