Does it happen randomly and to a particular key only? Please ensure that your keyboard is clean and has no physical damage. You can use a clean soft microfiber cloth and compressed air to clean your keyboard or touchpad. Restart the device and check if the issue persists. If the issue persists, please update your laptop's Synaptic HID Touchpad driver under Device Manager by right-clicking it and selecting Update Driver and see how it goes. Lastly, you can test your laptop's keyboard by logging in to a dummy Razer Synapse account and see if it helps.

Yes,I have everything up to date including razer synapse. I even tried resetting it but the problem persists.

Its usually keybinds that get spammed and it ends up openning random tabs on google chrome or making it impossible to use.
