Razer hammerhead bt not charging
I just bought my Razer hammerhead bt one week ago and todow i was trying to charging but the red lights never turned on. The percentage of the battery is 20%, it doesnt increases. I need help.

Do you have another micro USB cable that you can try, to see if it is the charging cable that is the issue?

Ok, in that case, hang tight. One of the support team like @Razer.Caziel will see this and can help you. But it will be good for them to see that you've tried another cable.
