2019 Razer Blade 15 RTX 2070 240hz No power battery issue

Hello i just bought my laptop today and when I came home to use it the laptop wouldn’t turn on.. so I figured the battery was dead. Plugged in there charger and it worked and turned on... loaded windows and everything. Battery shows 97% plugged in not charging. As soon as I unplug the charger the laptop shuts off.. and I will. Only boot up when plug it even though the battery shows 97% full... how can I fix this issue ? Thank you,

    I returned the laptop to Best Buy and got a new laptop. So far no issues
