Synapse 3 asks for password every time

Hello there. I am using synapse 3 and a deathadder essential. Every time i boot , synapse asks for my password ( my username is ok ) , even though i have checked to remember me. Me pc has win 7 , 64bit. I have tried uninstalling and installing again. Everything works ok but it is frustrating to type my pass every single time, since i reboot many times daily. Any tip would be appreciated .

    You might want to try a clean install of the app deleting all the hidden leftover files including the ones in Windows Registry. Do send me a PM should you need further assistance.

    Thank you but done that and still the same. The only "solution" i found was to uncheck razer synapse to start with my computer. If i start the app manually then it doesnt ask for my password.

    Weird but okay. Do send me a PM with your Synapse logs, Windows Build Version and Synapse Build Number so I can try to pinpoint what's causing the issue. Locking this thread for now.
