Razer Support offline?

Hi I have a case open at Razer support but nobody responds to it anymore. The chat support option was removed from the EU website, I get no response when I make a new case, and now it seems they also removed the number for phone-support. When I call them it seems the number is offline. Anybody knows what's going on?
