Nari Ultimate on PS4 game/voice chat balance

Hi, I bought the Nari Ultimate today for my PS4 pro and I have 2 issues with it. 1st: The game/voice chat button doesn't work correct. When I scroll to chat on the haedset all of the volume goes down (chat and game). When I scroll to game the game volume stays level and the chat turns down so that part works. 2nd: When I turn the headset off the sound doesn't go back to the tv. I have to remove the usb transmitter first. Does anyone know how to fix this? The headset should work on PS4 (in stereo). Thanks.

Do you mind testing the headset on a PC? If you get the same results, then this is highly likely a hardware issue. In any case, send me a PM with the serial number of your Nari Ultimate so I can look into other possible solutions.

Hey i have the same issue wir my Nari headset, on pc with synapse 3 no problem in game chat balance . but i can not get it working on ps4 i have to adjsut for every singele game seperatly . Is there a possibility of a firmware udate on the headset / dongle?

You can try the latest firmware update but I'll need you to send me the serial number of your headset via PM.
