Lancehead not working on Mac

Hey everyone! Have a buddy that just bought a wireless Lancehead for his mac and for some reason Synaspe 2 is not detecting the mouse. Anyone else run into this issue? Tried to uninstall already, also tried to directly plug in the mouse with the dongle included and still nothing. Super weird, because he also has the Cynosa and that is being detected but not the Lancehead. Thanks in advance!

Hi there! Which specific version of the Lancehead does he have? Also, what's the current version of his OS? Let me know.

The newest Mac OS, 10.14. The lance head mouse I have is model RZ01-02570100-R3U1 thank you!!

Thanks for the reply. The Lancehead Wireless is not supported by Synapse for Mac that is why it is not being detected. Let me know if you have other questions.
