Hello, I’d recently purchased a Blade 15 2023 OLED model that included a $200 Razer Store gift card in the offer. It says on the order status that the card key was delivered via email, but I have never received any email containing the coupon key since the day I placed my order. It’s been few days since the laptop itself was delivered to me but still no sign of the gift card. I’ve checked my email inbox thoroughly, including spam emails and trash, so any assistance would be appreciated. I’ve tried to leave a case on the support contacts but the website wasn’t detecting my Order Number for some reason, so I’m making this thread with my order number instead: #RZUSWP1000001495407.
