Blackwidow Elite - Multimedia wheel not responding

I have a problem with my wheel, and have for a while. I can't tell which way is volume up because it goes up 1-2 percent each time I start, then drops 3 percent or so. It jumps all over the place whenever I turn the dial in any direction. Any ideas? I have Black Widow Elite, Tartus 2, Naga Trinity, and the chroma Goliathus extended connected.
