How do I know if THX Spatial is working in Nari Ultimate?

Hey everyone, I have a Nari Ultimate and I set up everything by following the user manual The problem is, the audio sounds good but I don't know if THX Spatial is enabled or not When I open my sound settings, I have 3 options 1. Speaker (THX Spatial - Synapse) 2. Headset Earphone (3 - Razer Nari Ultimate - Chat) 3. Headphones (3 - Razer Nari Ultimate - Game) I'm currently only getting audio from 3. Why doesn't 1 work like I assumed because of its title? Does this mean THX Spatial is not enabled?
