Huntsman Elite (10 key issue)

Hi All, My ten keys will not type any numbers. I have the num lock on and it wont type any numbers. When I take it off the num lock it works. Anyone have this issue or know how to fix it? I've update the driver and reboot my computer and it's still not working out. (I love the ten keys to do my work) Please help.
