The Basilisk shape is so classic in the ergo category, its just slightly too big for my tastes but awesome new mouse.

I like Razer's product because it brings a prior design. But I hate the new Basilisk design because it just simlpily an imitated product as Logitech G502

I think i've found my future right hand extension.
I was looking for this type of MMO mouse, a good number of buttons spread all over the mouse and not focus under one finger.
I gotta say these V2 trailers are something else!
The Basilisk V2's paddle seems too soft of a click compared to the V1. It's also not as long and the long paddle from the basilisk V1 doesn't fit inside. Also, if you click at the end of the panel, it doesn't always click down.
NernKatYes! That's the problem of Logitech G502! I don't understand why that everyone was pursuing that gaming mouse, it is NOT ergonomics at all besides a fancy design. It often ghosts the click some time, and I abanded within a month after purchase. I mention that issue and others few months ago in my thread: (/feedback-between-logitech-g502-and-razer-naga-trinity.52527/). And ironically, Razer made the same product.

Great mouse, got it last week. Really liking the optical switches. The original Basilisk was really nice too, this just has everything a little better.

Awesome mouse!! I prefer the wireless version though. But I know a lot of people who prefer wired mouse so it's great that there's both :)
it kinda looks like you gave it to a 3 year old for an entire day and hot glued the pieces together. (no offence Razer, I love your gear.)
