my razer surrond 7.1 code doesn't work

1 year ago I bought a razer blackshark and used his surrond 7.1, but recently I changed my computer and since then I can't use my headset code to use surrond 7.1. does anyone know how to proceed? i don't want to pay for a new headset just to use the razer app. thanks for listening. sorry if this post is evasive, if it goes against the rules I will remove it.
