Need help please

Hi. I have few problems. 1. When i turn off my pc my razer mouse pad or mouse are blinking whole time. How can i turn this off? 2. I bought razer bundel keyboard mouse and mouse pad and i cant register mouse pad cuz it doesnt have product number on the back of the maouse pad. What can i do? 3. I have razer electra and evry tjme i turn on computer i have to manuly change on razer surond from speaker to headphones. What can i do that this stays automaticly on headphones?
