Razer Kraken TE

Hello. I have the same issue, when I play game with the THX spatial on I have no more in game sound, when I cut it the THX spatial my game play sound. The game is Rainbow six siege. I see that we are not the only users with this problem with the Kraken TE ;) /razer-kraken-tournament-edition-crackle-and-crash.44801/ same crackling bug for me and THX not working. EDIT: Ho and when I try to "calibrate" the THX spatial in the synapse 3 I didn't hear anything I see the speackers turning on but no sound.

Hi there guys! Please make sure that the Kraken TE - Chat is set as the Default Communication Device while the Kraken TE - Game is set as the Default Device. Let me know if this changes anything.

Yes sure :) I test it on Heroes of the strom it did work but after a few minutes no more sound and I can't change with my speackers I need to restart the computer. :o

Thanks for the update. Can you post a screenshot of your Playback devices as well as the Kraken TE's calibration tab in Synapse?

Mhmmm I'm back again. The bug is back again and I don't know why, the sound was working fine this morning but now nothing, I restart the computer check everything nothing happens. http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2018/51/4/1545310670-soundbug.png no sound playing has you can see :-(

I have to agree synapse 3 is still very buggy, cracklings while play games and talk on discord, or crackling sound in some games (worked fine when I uninstalled synapse 3 but I lost surround effect) and sadly synapse 2 is not supported for Kraken TE...

I had this same issue, worked fine first day, except for Rainbow Six Siege, that game had a wierd reverb/echo sound with THX Spatail Audio on. The next day there was no audio on either output even though windows said they were both working fine, but if I ran communications through "Kraken TE - Game" with it set as the default device then the audio came back. Later that night it started making noises, not a crackling sound, but more of a low pitch speaker power clicking sound, like the headset was turning on and off quickly. I disabled "Kraken TE - Chat" all together as an audio output and the sound stopped. But since things were clearly not working right I uninstalled and reinstalled everything related to Synapse 3 and associated Razer products drivers. The issue persisted. The next day Synapse 3 stopped showing any apps in the "THX Spatial Audio" enhancer under the "Mixer" tab. So now there is no difference between THX Spatial Audio on and off. I'm just not sure what to do now.

I don't know about all the issues you listed, but I have the solution for the weird reverb/echo sound in rainbow six siege. To solve that you need to disable the "sound normalization" feature in the enhancement tab of the synapse software.
