Razer Synapse Not Detecting Razer Electra v2 (Without USB)

My old headset which was a Razer Kraken (which showed up on my synapse since I got it, along with my keyboard and mouse) broke yesterday and it was out of the warranty period, so I decided to get a new pair and saw that the Razer Electra v2 looked nice so I bought the one without the USB just because it was cheaper. When I plugged it into my PC today my Razer Synapse wouldn't detect it, I tried unplugging and it and plugging it in again, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse. For some reason I can't get Razer Synapse to detect my new Razer Electra v2 (Without USB). Pls help

    I have looked through a bunch of different posts on the same issue for different devices, and tried a bunch of different things that people said fixed it for them but nothing seems to work.
